Private consultation

A confidential call, at your pace.

Thirty to sixty minutes with a principal. Complimentary, confidential, and no-commitment. The only goal is to understand whether an Avantia mandate fits your objectives — and if not, we will tell you so.

Tell us a little
What we discuss

Four topics, one call.

  1. 01

    Your context

Objectives, timeline, tax residency, portfolio shape, and what is driving the interest in international real estate.

  2. 02

The projects we would show you

A short, honest read on whether our current roster fits your mandate — and an equally short read when it does not.

  3. 03

    The legal and tax framework

How PMA, leasehold, and HGB translate into your specific situation — and what to raise with your Dutch tax counsel.

  4. 04

    Next steps, if any

A concrete path forward — or a gracious close. Either way you leave with better information than you came with.

Who you will speak to

A principal, not a salesperson.

All first calls are taken by a founding partner of the firm. Once the engagement is active you also meet our legal and portfolio leads.

Common questions

Before you book.

Is the consultation really complimentary?
Yes. The first call is always complimentary and non-commitment. We are evaluating fit as much as you are — there is no obligation on either side after the call.
What if I cannot make my slot?
Reschedule via the confirmation email, or reply to it. We hold a reasonable amount of flexibility for serious investors.
Do I need to prepare anything?
A rough sense of your objectives and timeline is enough. Tax-residency and investment-size questions are useful but not required for the first call.
Is the conversation confidential?
Yes. We treat every first call under NDA-equivalent confidentiality as a matter of practice. Formal NDAs are available on request.
Can I bring my financial advisor?
Absolutely. Joint calls with your tax counsel or family-office representative are common and often productive.
