Purposes and legal basis
Contact and consultation requests are processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding. Newsletter subscriptions are processed on the basis of explicit opt-in consent.
Retention
Lead data is retained for twenty-four months from the last substantive contact, after which it is either anonymised or deleted. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you opt out.
